Volunteer Activity Certification

Registration of volunteer work performance for social service career management

The results of various social volunteer activities carried out autonomously by individual students during their time in school are entered into the H-cube (https://h-cube.cha.ac.kr) volunteer activity certification to record scattered individual volunteer activities. Manage efficiently. This allows individual students to use it easily and conveniently when requesting supporting documents, such as applying for an on-campus scholarship or submitting employment-related documents.
It is operated separately from the service courses for the semester.

Registration target and precautions

– For all undergraduate students (including students on leave of absence)
– All community service activities (including overseas volunteer work) performed after entering university (including leave of absence) can be registered, but paid volunteer work is excluded.
– The confirmation must specify the activity period, activity details, and total activity time, and bear the seal of the head of the organization. (1365, supporting documents issued by VMS are accepted)
